William Eltherington

Welcome to my site! My name is William and I am a Canadian-American digital reporter for CTV News Ottawa. You can also find my work in The Canadian Press, The Walrus, the Globe and Mail, the Ottawa Citizen and the National Post.

I have written on a large variety of subjects but particularly enjoy covering U.S./Canadian elections, transportation and technology. In 2023, I graduated from Carleton University’s Master of Journalism program and was previously working as a reporter-editor for The Canadian Press in Toronto.
